How long does the processing time take?
Processing takes 3-5 business days..this does not include the transit time with the carrier.

No! We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

I have entered an incorrect address. What should I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the address afterwards. If the package cannot be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us as a return. As soon as we receive the wrongly addressed package again, we will process your return and of course refund the money.
